Still missing

Annie is still out there somewhere. We have hung many flyers and many people have been out searching for her. Thanks to all those that went out!! It seems like after the couple of sightings we got of her, she went into hiding. Hopefully, she will emerge soon and we can figure out where to find her.

Sunday Sightings

On Sunday, Oct. 11th, we got three reported sightings of Annie.

The first caller reported seeing her in Hagerstown. We were not able to get back in touch with the caller to find out when and exactly where she had seen her.

The second caller reported her eating a dead deer in the median between eastbound and westbound I-70. The dead deer is located on the eastbound side of the I-70 median just prior to Exit 32 (Hagerstown/40).

The third caller reported her lying in the median of I-70 between Exit 32 and 35 (Smithburg/Boonsboro/66). The Humane Society of Washington County (HSWC) dispatched an officer to try to locate her, but she could not find her. The accident occurred around mile marker 36 (which is past Exit 35 if you are traveling eastbound) so it seems like she was heading back towards the area.

HSWC is going to set up a trap in that area and see if they can catch her.
